Pakistan Air Force (PAF) has officially announced its latest Airman recruitment drive for 2026. Online registration started on 6 July 2026 and will remain open until 19 July 2026 through the official portal www.joinpaf.gov.pk. This is one of the most respected government career opportunities in Pakistan for young Matric-pass candidates.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Matric Science with minimum 65% marks for most trades. Medical Assistant requires strong marks in Biology.
• Age: Generally 15½ to 21 years, varying by trade (relaxation for license holders/drivers).
• Marital Status: Only unmarried candidates are eligible.
• Relaxation: Candidates from approved rural areas can apply with 50% Matric Science marks (40% in English). FATA/KP, Gilgit-Baltistan and Balochistan candidates: Matric Science/Arts with 50% overall.

Selection Process

1. Online registration at joinpaf.gov.pk (6–19 July 2026)
2. Document verification at PAF Information & Selection Centre
3. Computerized intelligence test
4. Academic test (English, Physics, Mathematics — Biology for Medical Assistant)
5. Physical test (running, push-ups, sit-ups)
6. Initial and detailed medical examination
7. Interview and final merit list

Selected candidates are expected to report for basic training by February 2027.

Salary and Benefits

Starting salary of a PAF Airman is approximately Rs. 25,000 – 35,000 including allowances, plus free accommodation, rations, free medical treatment for self and family, promotion opportunities up to commissioned ranks, PAF housing scheme membership, and concessional air/rail travel.

2. Fill the online registration form carefully and select your trade
3. Submit and download your registration slip
4. Bring original documents (DMC, CNIC/B-Form, Domicile, photographs) to the nearest PAF Selection Centre when called

Important: Apply early — the portal slows down near the deadline due to heavy traffic. Registration is completely free; never pay anyone for PAF recruitment. Candidates who have appeared twice before in Airman recruitment tests are generally not eligible again.
