FutureRozgar publishes job vacancies free of cost. If you are an employer, HR department, recruitment consultant or a licensed overseas employment promoter in Pakistan, you can submit your vacancy using the form at the bottom of this page and we will review it for publication.
We do not charge employers, and we do not charge job seekers. There is no premium listing, no paid placement and no way to buy a better position on this website.
Who Can Post a Job
- Government departments and public sector organisations — federal, provincial, autonomous bodies, courts, universities and local government.
- Private companies registered in Pakistan — banks, manufacturers, IT houses, hospitals, schools, retail chains, NGOs.
- Licensed Overseas Employment Promoters (OEPs) holding a valid licence from the Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE), and the Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC).
- Recruitment and HR consultancies hiring on behalf of a named client.
What We Do Not Accept
Every submission is checked by a human before publishing. We reject a listing outright if it involves any of the following:
- Any fee demanded from the candidate — registration fee, security deposit, training charges, visa processing money, or “refundable” amounts.
- Overseas jobs offered without a valid BEOE licence number.
- Work-from-home, MLM, crypto, investment, online earning or “typing job” schemes.
- Listings that ask candidates to send original documents, CNIC copies or passports before a formal interview.
- Vacancies with no verifiable company name, address or official contact channel.
- Discriminatory conditions that are not permitted under Pakistani labour law.
- A personal WhatsApp number as the only point of contact for an overseas vacancy.

How to Submit Your Vacancy
Scroll down to the job submission form on this page and fill it in. The more complete your submission, the faster it goes live — incomplete listings are held back because we cannot verify them.
Please have the following ready before you start:
- Organisation name and city, exactly as registered.
- Job title and number of vacancies.
- Job type — full time, part time, contract, internship or remote — and the right category.
- Pay scale or salary range (BPS grade for government posts).
- Eligibility — qualification, experience, age limit, domicile requirement.
- Last date to apply.
- How to apply — official portal link, apply email or postal address.
- A working email address on your organisation’s domain, so we can verify you. This is never published.
- For overseas vacancies: your BEOE licence number and demand letter reference — add these in the job description box.

Our Review Process
- Verification. We match the submission against the official advertisement or the organisation’s own careers page. For overseas roles we check the licence against the BEOE register.
- Editing. We rewrite the listing in plain language and add eligibility, documents and application steps so candidates can act on it without confusion. We do not copy your advertisement word for word.
- Publication. Verified listings usually go live within 24 to 48 working hours. You will receive the published link by email.
- Expiry. Listings are automatically marked as closed after the last date and removed from the live jobs feed.
We reserve the right to decline any submission without giving a reason, and to edit a listing for accuracy, clarity or length.
Corrections and Removal
If a published listing contains an error, if the deadline has been extended, or if the vacancy has been filled or withdrawn, email us the page link at contact@futurerozgar.com and we will correct or remove it. Removal requests from the recruiting organisation are actioned on priority.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is posting a job really free?
Yes. There is no charge to employers and no paid placement of any kind on this website.
How long does a listing stay online?
Until the last date given in the advertisement. After that it is marked as closed and taken out of the live jobs feed.
Can I post a job without naming my company?
No. Anonymous listings are the most common vehicle for recruitment fraud in Pakistan, so we do not publish them. Public sector “PO Box” advertisements are the only exception, and only when the original published advertisement is provided.
Do you forward CVs to employers?
No. FutureRozgar is an information website. We do not collect CVs, do not shortlist candidates and take no part in the hiring process. Candidates apply directly to the employer through the official channel you provide.
Can I post the same vacancy every month?
Repeatedly re-posting an unchanged vacancy is not accepted. Send us an update instead and we will refresh the existing listing.
How soon will my listing appear after I submit the form?
Nothing goes live automatically. A person reads every submission first, which normally takes 24 to 48 working hours.
