This page explains how content on FutureRozgar.com is researched, written, checked, updated and corrected. We publish it so that readers can judge our work, and so that they know exactly what to expect from us.

1. Our Core Standard
A job seeker in Pakistan is often making a decision that costs money, time and sometimes a trip to another city. Our standard is simple: if we would not act on the information ourselves, we do not publish it.
That means we do not publish rumours, unverified “expected” vacancies, screenshots forwarded on WhatsApp, or advertisements we cannot trace to an official source.
2. Sources We Use
We build every listing and guide from primary sources:
- Original advertisements published by the recruiting organisation, in newspapers or on its own website.
- Official recruitment portals — National Job Portal, FPSC, PPSC, SPSC, KPPSC, BPSC, AJKPSC, ETEA, NTS, PTS, OTS and departmental portals.
- The Bureau of Emigration & Overseas Employment (BEOE) and the Overseas Employment Corporation (OEC) for overseas vacancies.
- Finance Division and provincial finance department notifications for pay scales, allowances and pension rules.
- Embassy, consulate and official immigration portals for visa guides.
- Official scholarship bodies for scholarship announcements.
We do not use other job websites as a source. If a vacancy exists only on another aggregator and we cannot find an official trace of it, we do not publish it.
3. Verification Before Publishing
Every job listing passes these checks before it goes live:
- Source check — we locate the original advertisement or official notification.
- Detail check — closing date, number of posts, pay scale, qualification, experience, age limit and domicile requirement are confirmed against that source.
- Channel check — the application link, email or address is confirmed to belong to the recruiting organisation.
- Licence check — for overseas vacancies, the promoter’s BEOE licence is verified. Unlicensed overseas offers are never published.
- Fraud screen — any listing demanding money from the candidate is rejected outright.
- Human review — a person reads the finished listing before it is published. Nothing is auto-published.
4. How We Write
- We write in our own words. We do not copy and paste advertisement text or another website’s content.
- We add what the advertisement leaves out: what the eligibility conditions mean in practice, which documents to arrange, the exact application steps, and what the test or interview involves.
- We write in plain English and Roman Urdu, because our readers include people who find official recruitment language difficult.
- Where a figure comes from an official document, we link to that document.
- Where we are uncertain, we say so and tell readers to confirm from the official advertisement, rather than guessing.
5. Use of AI Tools
We use software tools, including AI assistants, to help with drafting, formatting and language editing. We do not publish AI output unchecked. Every factual claim — dates, vacancy counts, pay scales, eligibility, links — is verified by a person against the official source before publication, and a person is responsible for every page on this site.
6. Keeping Content Current
- Each listing carries an “Information checked” date.
- Once the last date passes, a listing is marked as closed and removed from the live jobs feed, so nobody applies to an expired vacancy.
- Evergreen guides — pay scales, visa processes, test preparation, scholarships — are reviewed and updated when the underlying rules change, and the update date is shown.
- Where a deadline is extended or a corrigendum is issued, we update the existing page rather than publishing a second one.
7. Corrections
We correct mistakes openly and quickly.
- Report an error through our Contact page with the page link and what is wrong.
- We check it against the official source.
- Confirmed errors are corrected, normally within 24 to 48 working hours.
- Where a correction changes the meaning of a page — a different deadline, a different eligibility condition — we note the change on the page itself.
- If we cannot verify a disputed detail, we remove the claim rather than leave something doubtful online.
Reader reports are one of the main ways this site stays accurate. Please send them.
8. Advertising and Independence
- The site is funded by display advertising.
- No one can pay to be featured. We do not sell listings, rankings, placement or coverage.
- Advertisers have no influence over what we publish, and no advance sight of our content.
- Posting a job on FutureRozgar is free for every employer, and rejecting a listing costs us nothing — which is why we can reject it.
- If we ever publish sponsored or affiliate content, it will be clearly labelled on the page.
9. What We Refuse to Publish
- Any vacancy requiring a payment from the candidate.
- Overseas vacancies without a verifiable BEOE licence.
- Anonymous listings with no identifiable employer.
- MLM, crypto, investment, “online earning” and typing-job schemes.
- Listings that ask for original documents or passports before a formal interview.
- Content that is misleading about visa outcomes, selection chances or guaranteed employment.
10. Privacy and Reader Data
We do not require registration to read this site, and our free tools work without a sign-up. CVs created in our CV Maker and text pasted into the CV Match Checker are processed for the user’s own use and are not sold or shared with employers. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
11. Contact the Editorial Team
