1. Job offer / demand letter: A Saudi employer issues a visa demand. Through OEC or a licensed OEP, you apply against this demand.

3. Medical test (GAMCA/Wafid): Book a medical at a Gulf-approved center through the Wafid portal. Fitness certificate is mandatory for visa stamping.
4. Visa stamping: Your passport is submitted with the employment contract, medical certificate and employer documents for Saudi work visa stamping.
5. Protector stamp (BEOE): Before travel, your documents are registered with the Protectorate of Emigrants — this includes State Life insurance and OPF welfare fund contributions, and gives you legal protection abroad.
