Motive Internship 2026 Pakistan – AI, Backend, Frontend, Mobile and QA

Motive Internship 2026
Motive, the technology company formerly known as KeepTruckin, is running a structured twelve-week engineering internship in Pakistan for the 2026 cycle. It is a hybrid programme delivered from the company’s Lahore, Islamabad and Karachi offices, and interns choose one of five tracks: AI, Backend, Frontend, Mobile or QA.

This is a genuine engineering placement rather than a shadowing exercise. Interns are embedded in real product teams and work on live problems under an assigned mentor, and the company describes pathways into part-time or full-time roles after the internship. Selection is merit-based and runs through a five-stage process that starts with a CodeSignal coding assessment.

The eligibility bar is specific, so read it carefully before applying: the programme is for students currently in their sixth semester who belong to the graduating class of 2027. It is not open to graduates who have already finished their degree. No closing date is stated — applications are accepted on a rolling basis through the official careers page.
