The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan has invited applications from Pakistani and AJK nationals for the Omani Scholarship Program for undergraduate study. The programme is part of the wider educational cooperation between Pakistan and Oman.

This is an undergraduate programme, so it is aimed at students who have completed intermediate (FSc / FA / A-Levels) and are seeking admission to a Bachelor’s degree. That makes it different from most HEC foreign scholarships, which target MPhil and PhD candidates or serving university faculty.
