Fill the application form for that project — online form on the PTS portal, or the downloadable prescribed form if the project requires postal submission.
Download and print the fee challan/deposit slip, and deposit the test fee at the bank mentioned in that project’s advertisement.
For postal projects: send the complete form with attested documents, photographs, and original paid challan to the PTS address before the deadline. For online projects: upload the required documents and submit.

PTS Test Fee & Payment Method
The PTS test fee is different for every project and is mentioned in each advertisement. The fee is deposited through the prescribed challan/deposit slip at the bank named in the advertisement, and the fee is non-refundable. PTS Test Pattern 2026
The PTS test is an MCQs-based written test, and the paper composition depends on the post. Typical PTS papers include English, General Knowledge, Pakistan Studies, Islamic Studies, basic mathematics, and post-related questions (for technical posts). PTS Roll Number Slip 2026 Download
The PTS roll number slip is downloaded online from pts.org.pk — online download is now the only valid method, as PTS has stopped sending slips by courier. Slips are usually uploaded about 7 to 15 days before the test date, sometimes phase-wise, so check the portal daily as your test approaches.
Open www.pts.org.pk and go to the “Roll Number Slip” / “Download Slip” section.
Select your project/department from the list.
