Dubai Jobs 2026 are being processed in large numbers through demand permissions approved by the Bureau of Emigration and Overseas Employment, Government of Pakistan. These are not agent claims. They are official records in the government’s own foreign jobs database, each carrying a permission number, a grant date, the job title, the monthly salary, the place of duty and the name and licence number of the Overseas Employment Promoter allowed to process it.

On 19 August 2026 the BEOE foreign jobs portal showed 107,482 jobs still available out of 203,175 approved, with 95,693 consumed. For the United Arab Emirates alone there were 76 live demand records. This post covers two of the larger Dubai demands so you can see how the system works and how to check any offer yourself before paying anyone.

The key point is that a demand permission is not a dated advertisement. There is no closing date on it. A demand stays open until the approved number of workers has been sent abroad. The date shown above is only a review date used on this page. What decides whether you can still apply is the Available and Total column on the BEOE record, which shows how many of the approved places are still open. Check that column first.

The first demand is Permission No. 4613812, granted 28 April 2026 and processed by licensed Overseas Employment Promoter JMS HR CONSULTANTS, OEPL No. 4395/Rawalpindi. All of its posts are for Dubai, covering general labour, transport, hospitality and construction trades. The second is Permission No. 4590026, granted on 27 March 2026 and processed by KMA INTERNATIONAL OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT, OEPL No. 4389/Rawalpindi, also entirely for Dubai, focused on technical and MEP trades including chargehand posts.

Be clear about what these records do and do not tell you. The record publishes the job title, monthly salary, place of duty, grant date, permission number and the OEP handling it. It does not publish the qualification, age limit, contract length, or whether accommodation, food and transport are provided. Get those terms from the licensed OEP in writing before signing anything. The record also shows the OEP, not the foreign employer, so no employer is named here.

Dubai Jobs 2026 Eligibility Criteria

  • The BEOE record does not publish any qualification requirement, so trade requirements must be confirmed with the licensed OEP.
  • No age limit is published on the demand record for either permission number.
  • No contract length is published on the demand record.
  • Accommodation, food and transport allowances are not shown and must be confirmed in writing before signing.
  • A valid Pakistani passport is required for any overseas employment processed through a licensed OEP.
  • Technical trades such as pipe fitter, ELV technician and chargehand posts normally require relevant trade experience, which the OEP will assess.
  • Check the Available and Total column on the BEOE record, because a demand closes once the approved number of workers has been sent.

How to Apply

  1. Open beoe.gov.pk/foreign-jobs, select United Arab Emirates in the Country box and press Search.
  2. Find the demand by its Permission No., 4613812 or 4590026, and check the Available and Total column to see how many places remain open.
  3. Note the licensed Overseas Employment Promoter name and licence number shown against that demand, either JMS HR CONSULTANTS (OEPL No. 4395/Rawalpindi) or KMA INTERNATIONAL OVERSEAS EMPLOYMENT (OEPL No. 4389/Rawalpindi).
  4. Verify that OEP’s licence in the OEP section of beoe.gov.pk, which carries the list and contacts of licensed promoters, before you contact anyone.
  5. Contact the OEP directly. Only a licensed Overseas Employment Promoter may process a foreign demand, and dealing with anyone else puts your money at risk.
  6. Ask for full contract terms in writing, including trade, salary, contract length, working hours and any accommodation or food arrangement.
  7. Before departure, get Protector of Emigrants protection stamped on your passport at a Protectorate of Emigrants office. Without PE protection your employment abroad is not legally protected.

Overseas Employment Important Notes

  • A demand permission has no closing date. It stays open until the approved vacancies are filled, so read the Available and Total column on the BEOE record rather than any date seen elsewhere.
  • The permission number, the OEP name and the OEP licence number are all published by the government, so any recruiter who cannot show you a matching BEOE record should not be trusted.
  • BEOE publishes suspension notices for recruiting agencies, so check that your agency is currently licensed and not suspended.
  • Never pay a fee that is not on the official fee structure, and always take a receipt for what you pay.
  • Never hand your original passport to an unlicensed person or to an office you have not verified on the BEOE site.
  • Never accept a visit visa with a promise of converting it to a work visa later. A genuine BEOE-approved demand does not need to be bought.
  • The record names the Overseas Employment Promoter, not the foreign employer, so confirm the employer’s identity in the contract you sign.

Is there a last date to apply for these Dubai jobs?

No. A BEOE demand permission has no closing date. It stays open until the approved number of workers has been sent, so the only reliable check is the Available and Total column on the record.

How do I confirm that a recruiting agent is genuine?

Search the demand on beoe.gov.pk/foreign-jobs by permission number and compare the OEP name and licence number shown there with the agency you are dealing with. Also check the OEP list and suspension notices on the BEOE site.

What salary is offered in these Dubai demands?

Monthly salaries range from AED 800 for helpers up to AED 2,500 for heavy bus drivers under permission 4613812, and AED 850 to AED 1,900 in the technical trades under permission 4590026.

Are accommodation and food included?

The BEOE record does not publish accommodation, food or transport allowances. Confirm these in writing with the licensed Overseas Employment Promoter before signing the contract.
